The following sleepless nights connected me with a song that for me had meaning. So from Feb 2023 to August 2023 I wrote Away. Which is now Book 1 in the Angels and Music Series.

Away- Love could not fly away.
Away, is a multi-factied novel, part Christian Fiction Romantasy, part mythology, part theology, part Tourism- that is a lot of parts. It features the lead singer of an up and coming band. As he starts a tour of western Canada, he keeps randomly meeting an absolutely stunning lady, well she has a secret and frankly it drives him buts. The novel has solid side characters, features real businesses. The book was inspired by a Blue Rod song; One light left in heaven.
The cover is being redesigned and the text has been fully vetted and editted.
Concrete Angels
Book number 2 of the Angels and Music Series. Inspired by the angelic Martina McBride song from 2003, "Concrete Angel".
My novel finishes the story of Angela, introduces her team, opens the door of the pain of child abuse, rips open the Gates of Heaven is as honest a manner as will Please the Lord, and devels into Romantsy-Awakening and a happy ending. In production.
As with many of my books part of the proceeds will be donated to child abuse causes. Buy a book, save a life?

Imagine living in a terrible, mentally abusing situation, worried every day, and then it gets worse! This novel is my memoir of the time between June 2023 and February 2024 where I became homeless, I lived in my truck- until they took my truck away, all in the wonderful Capital of Canada- Ottawa. This is not a book about drugs, or tent cities. It is a story about staying invisible, while being highly visible. It is sub-titled The Mayor of the WalMart Parking Lot.
As with many of my books part of the proceeds will be donated to homeless causes. Buy a book, save a life?

The beginning! I have been telling stories all my life, some happy stories, some not so happy stories, all are real stories. The fact is so many friends, or aquaintences over the years, have said "Man you and your stories. You should write a book." So I will - it was my original plan.
A number of years ago I got serious and wrote down about sixty story titles. I will stick to three to five thousand words, I then functionally could produce two or three books, maybe sorted my age or history. So book one - to be determined will featured 24 - 30 stories from my "youth".

POETRY. As the picture depicts, my poetry was written a long time ago, when my heart was young, and fragile, my home life didn't help much either. Thus over 150 poems this time that broke my heart, love that was burned, and some words I should take back= but won't because it may help some one.
A funny note- as I did not know if any of my peoms were any good. I typed out a few and left them posted near the high chool lobby in grade 12 at one point an English teacher took one and used it as a class project. I understand it received a B+.
